Welcome to Endless Savings Card New Merchant Sign Up
There are a few easy steps to start advertising your offers with Endless Savings Card
  1. Complete Contact & Merchant Information and accept the Merchant Marketing Agreement
  2. Select number of offers and order any supplies
  3. Create requested offers and submit to ESC for approval
  4. Payment if required. All ads are currently free for up to 12 months. In the future, ESC will charge a small administration fee of $39 for the first ad and $20 for additional ads on the same order.

Physical Location(s) (retail store, restaurant, etc.) If available, the merchant address and phone number will appear in the merchant description of your advertising offer.
Please note that merchant address and phone number will appear with Merchant Description for single physical locations only. For multiple physical locations, please list the number of BC locations in merchant description and direct customers to your website for store hours and locations (see Merchant Description example below). ESC staff will automatically load all your locations into the geographic filter. For online purchases, address is not required. Customers will link with your website for online purchase or customer service number.

Merchant Logo - we require a digital version in jpeg. format. Simply click the "browse" button, locate logo and click on a jpeg. version to upload.

If you do not have a jpeg. version, email your logo in the version you have to: info@EndlessSavingsCard.com, subject line ("Your Merchant Name" Logo for Ad) and we will convert to jpeg and upload for you. If you do not have a logo, click "no logo button" and we will use the ESC logo (more visually appealing than leaving blank).
Accept Standard Agreement
 ESC Merchant Marketing Agreement

This ESC Merchant Marketing Agreement (Agreement) is a legally binding agreement between you (Merchant) and Endless Savings Card Inc. a British Columbia corporation dba Endless Savings Card (ESC) and is effective on the date you accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement as set forth herein (the effective date). BY CLICKING ON THE “ACCEPT” BUTTON AND/OR PARTICIPATING IN THE ESC MERCHANT MARKETING AGREEMENT (AGREEMENT), YOU (MERCHANT) ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU (MERCHANT) HAVE READ THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU (MERCHANT) DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HERIN, DO NOT CLICK THE “ACCEPT” BUTTON OR PARTICIPATE IN THE ESC MERCHANT MARKETING PROGRAM. ESC provides its end-user consumers and customer organizations including their participating employees and/or members (ESC Customers) access to promotional and/or discount programs provided by third party merchants. Merchant agrees to market their goods and/or services to ESC Customers through the ESC proprietary website, linked to Merchants website or other methods ESC considers appropriate. ESC Customers realize Merchant offers through use of a promotional code entered on the Merchants website for internet offers, by showing the ESC Card in physical retail locations or by other means agreed to by ESC and Merchant in the Create Requested Offers section on the online merchant sign-up. Merchant agrees to make the promotional offers described in Create Requested Offers section on the online merchant sign-up available to all present and future ESC Customers for the term of this Agreement.

  1. Merchant Responsibilities.
    1. Merchant will offer ESC Customers promotional offers described in the Create Requested Offers section on the online merchant sign-up. Merchant will not provide promotional offers more favourable than the Merchant offer to ESC Customers to any other program or customer.
    2. Merchant is responsible for accuracy of all content in the promotional offer described in the Create Requested Offers section on the online merchant sign-up including any links to Merchants website.
    3. Merchant understands that failure to honour promotional offer described in Create Requested Offers section on the online merchant sign-up may result in ESC removing offer from the ESC website.
    4. Merchant is responsible to comply with all applicable laws, regulations and requirements of all applicable jurisdictions.
    5. Merchant will only solicit, send email, direct mail or contact ESC Customers that have expressly elected or consented to receive direct marketing materials or other forms of solicitation from Merchant.
    6. Merchant will conduct all online transactions in a secure manner. Merchant will not transfer ESC Customer sensitive information to third parties or use such information for any purpose other than completing an authorized transaction or to meet its obligation to an ESC Customer.
  2. ESC Responsibilities
    1. ESC will advertise Merchant promotional offer described in Create Requested Offers section on the online merchant sign-up on the ESC Website and/or by other methods ESC considers appropriate.
    2. Merchant participation in each ESC customer organization’s program is subject to approval of each customer organization.
  3. Fees
    1. All Merchant fees (if any) are listed on ESC Website in the introduction to the online Merchant sign-up for the term of this Agreement.
    2. Updates to Merchant promotional offers, additional advertising opportunities and other promotional opportunities developed by ESC in the future may be subject to additional maintenance and/or advertising/promotional fees that will be published by ESC. Merchant will be advised of any future charge prior to the ESC service being provided.
  4. Term
    1. This Agreement is effective when signed by the Merchant and expires 12 months later.
    2. ESC may terminate this Agreement immediately for failure of Merchant to honour promotional offer described in Create Requested Offers section on the online merchant sign-up or any breach of section 1 (Merchant Responsibilities).
    3. Upon written termination all rights and obligations under this Agreement will terminate except section 5, 6 and 8.
  5. Confidentiality
    1. Merchant agrees that the names and identity of ESC Customers are to be kept confidential during and after termination of this Agreement.
  6. Disclaimer
    1. ESC makes no warranties to Merchant and disclaims any implied warranties with respect to the programs and placement of advertisements.
    2. ESC will not be liable for either:
      1. the content, product or services of Merchant
      2. any transaction between Merchant and ESC Customer
    3. ESC will not be liable for any interruption in service or error on its website and other promotional or advertising means that ESC considers appropriate.
  7. Licences and Trademarks
    1. ESC may use Merchants trade name, marks and logo to perform its services under this Agreement.
  8. General Provisions
    1. This Agreement and the online merchant sign-up constitute the entire Agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior Agreements and understandings with respect to the matters covered by this Agreement.
    2. The Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia.
    3. Any notice required under this Agreement will be deemed given when delivered personally, by facsimile, by email or 5 days after having been sent by certified or registered mail, postage pre-paid and return receipt requested. All communication will be sent to the parties physical or electronic address. Either party shall inform the other in writing of any change in physical or electronic address.
    4. The person clicking the “accept” button acknowledges that they have the authority to bind the parties to the terms of this Agreement.
