If I buy online today, how long does it take to get the Endless Savings Card?Cards will be mailed to you. Please allow 3-5 business days for cards to arrive. We will also immediately after purchase email you your user id and card number so that you can login to the Merchant Directory to view savings and take immediate advantage of any online offers. How does the Geographic Filter work?The geographic filter allows you to narrow your search for advertising offers to a specific "City or Area". If you are looking for restaurant offers in Vancouver, simply click on the "City or Area" of "Vancouver" to see advertising offers from merchants located in Vancouver only. All other offers for merchants in other "cities or areas" will be removed. If a merchant is located in one "city or area" but will travel to additional "cities or areas" to offer their goods or services, they will be listed in all "cities and areas" where they travel. If a merchant has multiple locations, they will appear in all "cities and areas" where they have locations. Are there any restrictions?If there are restrictions, they are typically listed with the offer in the Merchant Directory. Most restaurants offer the second entree complimentary. However, most exclude holidays and some exclude Saturday's. Other restrictions for restaurants include: Where will the Endless Savings Card be accepted?The Endless Savings Card will be accepted at any of the participating merchants in the Merchant Directory for the offer that is outlined with their Merchant listing. How do I redeem merchant offers?The means of redemtption is listed with the Merchant offer in the Merchant directory. Typically, you either show card at purchase or enter a promotional code at check-out for online orders. How do I find out about new merchants and new offers?All merchant offers including new merchants and new offers are listed in the Merchant Directory. On the left hand side, you can click on "New Merchants" or "New Offers" and the program will show only "New Merchants" or "New Offers". Why do you need to collect personal information?How do I update personal information (change address, phone number, etc)?When you are logged in to the Merchant Directory, click on "profile" at the top of the page. This will allow you to update all personal info. Once changes are complete, click on "save" to apply changes. What types of Endless Savings Cards are available?Most Endless Savings Cards look the same. However, for larger companies and groups, they may have customized cards that feature their company or group name. Common to all cards is the ESC logo on the front of the card. Do you replace lost cards?Yes, we replace lost cards. There is an administration fee of $15 to replace any lost card. If your card is a custom group card, check with your group administrator. Sometimes they purchase extra cards and may have a replacement for you. |
